I started my welding career in 1998 at Sandia National Labs. For 14 years I fabricated, welded, and set up test items that pertained to national security. This is where I learned pride in craftmanship, attention to details and mastered a trade. After leaving New Mexico, I became a project manger for a structural steel company. This provided opportunity to bid steel work, supervise a welding crew, while implementing both job site and shop problem-solving strategies that were presented. My work experience has led me to grow in my knowledge and hone my skills as a professional welder.
